Lubeavto car dealer is one of the leaders in the car market in the US and Canada. The company is accredited at Copart, Iaai, Impact auctions. All transactions are transparent, certification is carried out. The company works on a turnkey basis: each buyer receives a customs-cleared car ready for operation. 

The client asked us to promote his website. Our main task was to increase organic traffic to the website and, as a result, increase its client base. Which should have resulted in more leads and calls from the website.

Before sending a commercial offer, we conducted an express audit of the site for all major errors. We have prepared such a report for Lubeavto as well. Therefore, once the project went live, the team already knew the main points of growth for the project:

• No Russian version of the website.
• Lack of landing pages for car brands.
• The third level of nesting of the main traffic generating pages.
• Outdated design.  

The results we have achieved

During the work on the project (since July 2019), we have implemented most of the necessary changes that contribute to a significant increase in organic traffic. And only in April 2020 they gave results. Many tasks required a deep solution and a large amount of time for their implementation, and therefore, for the response of search engines.

Our achievements:

• increased the amount of organic traffic;
• brought many high-frequency queries to the TOP of Google;
• expanded the structure, namely, created pages of car brands, allowed the site to rank well;
• increased the number of keywords for the domain

As a result of the optimization work performed, traffic from search engines was increased by 7 times: from 2,941 to 20,634 sessions. NDA policy does not allow us to publish the achieved results in the growth of applications from the site, however, we can say for sure that they have not reach the limit. 

Chudo Ostrov is a chain of children's stores throughout Ukraine. The first store opened in 2011 in Kharkiv, since then another 37 centers have started their work, and today Chudo Ostrov is already open in 28 cities.

Situation

A new site came to work with incorrectly configured analytics and no historical e-commerce data. The client set the task as clearly as possible - it is necessary to launch and disperse contextual advertising, increase traffic to the site and increase the total sales revenue from the online store.

Goals and objectives of promotion

• Increasing traffic to the site - attracting the target audience
• 50% increase in daily orders
• 150% increase in total website revenue

Action

In order to complete the task, we:

• set up Google Analytics with high quality and connected the ecommerce counter;
• connected the Microsoft Clarity service and carefully analyzed user behavior on the site. Such an analysis helped to find out why some buyers left the site without buying a product;
• connected shopping advertising campaigns and search ads for product brands. Launched Smart campaigns and dynamic remarketing;
• helped the client deal with the goods in stock and correctly display this information on the site so as not to mislead buyers.

Result

• The growth in the number of users from Google paid advertising from January to August 2021 was 166%.
• PPC revenue grew by 146.34% and transactions increased by 59.65% from January to August 2021.

The “Liquidator” is disinfection and disinfestation of premises service, which was the first in Ukraine who managed to remove the population of cockroaches at the facility without stopping the work process.

The client contacted Inweb to:

• transfer the site to the updated Bitrix CMS system.
• complete the transfer that the client started on his own, without losing traffic;
• increase the amount of traffic and requests from the site.

Что мы сделали, чтобы получить результат

• Собрал семантику для всех страниц сайта с помощью Serpstat.
• Построено семантическое ядро ​​для информационных страниц.

• We moved the website to a secure protocol. In the process of moving to HTTPS, the domain was changed from smart-service.com.ua to smart-service.ua.
• Implemented design changes to make it easy for the user to search and find information (implemented a drop-down menu with separate icons for each service, rolled out a block with reviews and prices on the service pages).
• Closed from indexing or redirected a large number of duplicate pages.
• Crowd marketing and Outreach were actively used in external optimization. 

The results we have achieved:

• Traffic growth Over the entire period of work, we have increased traffic to the client's website from 2,294 sessions per month to 16,365. In other words, 7.5 times.
• Growth of site positions in priority services

In 2016, UkrEcoProduct, a company engaged in wholesale and retail sales of steel cables, rigging and slings, approached us for a search engine growth. At that time, there was a catalog site which served as a business card and practically did not bring any applications. Managers searched for clients by cold calling and sending commercial offers. 

Throughout the cooperation, the client set us the tasks of increasing traffic, increasing positions in search engine and optimizing the site.

The client wanted for us to increase the number of applications and calls with minimal promotion costs, and also to maintain and, if possible, to improve their positions against the backdrop of growing pressure from competitors.

Result 

We have successfully completed our tasks.

• Organic traffic. Over the entire period of cooperation, free traffic increased by 218% — from 2200 sessions in June 2016 to 4800 sessions in June 2020.
• View Depth. Positions. For today, 60% of keywords have made it to the top 10, including those that fully reflect user’s interest: «buy a sling», «buy cables», etc. Applications and interaction with clients.

"Vodalend" is a trading and engineering company for the collection, purification, and diversion of water. The company is the leader in the production of surface drainage systems. The company works with such giants of the retail market as Silpo, Tavria-V, Kopeyka; with gas stations — Amik, Socar, OKKO, Shell; with construction companies — Kievgorstroy, Altis and others.

Our contextual advertising goals:

• Reduce the cost for conversion by 10%. CPA at the time of applying to Inweb — 129 UAH.
• Increase the number of applications from paid traffic.
• Increase the number of applications from popular categories (surface drainage, manholes, biological treatment systems, sewage pumping stations, septic tanks, grease and oil separators, geomaterials, etc.).

What have we done:

• We fixed an error with the dynamic remarketing tag in order to bring audiences back to the website more effectively

1. Proportional increase in the number of conversions (calls) to the growth of the budget by 101% per year
2. The increase in direct income from the website by 1111.35% per year
3. We reduced the price per conversion by 7% in the context of a double increase in the budget

If we compare budgets for contextual advertising in this case, it turns out that mega-hyper-big competitors could spend 10 times more and get more conversions.

But!

We managed to achieve excellent results with quite modest data at the start. Therefore, the case is definitely useful for those who are struggling for conversion rates and sales in a super-overheated niche.

The client wanted to increase their sales with a smart PPC strategy.

It should be noted that, despite a good website, a pool of regular customers, and a reputation in the market, there were two significant problems in this project that made it difficult to promote.

1. Competitive niche and lack of USP. All competitors in this niche have a large assortment of goods, they work with the same brands, there are guarantees and complaints, there is no free delivery. Most competitors have been on the market for a long time. Magazininstrumenta.com.ua competes in search both with marketplaces and with the same local market players in this niche.
2. The budget for promotion is clearly less than that of major competitors.

Result: multiple growth of transactions

At the end of two months of work, the growth of transactions was already 320%

We had started with the minimum figures, and during the peak weeks in December we reached the figures of 198 sales per week.

"Holland to you" is a wholesale supplier of fresh cut flowers from the best plantations in the Netherlands, Denmark, Ecuador, Italy, Colombia and other well-known producing countries.

We started cooperation with the promotion of a small local retail online store in Odessa. Over time, the client's business expanded and he turned to our team for the promotion of a large wholesale flower shop.

Results

From the very beginning of the work on the project, we identified the errors that needed to be corrected to achieve the result, and we did it as quickly as possible. Together with us, the site went through a transformation from a closed online service to a full-fledged online store, with a large structure and product cards.
