IPS Payroll Solutions

Independent Payroll Services (IPS) started in November 1997 as a Close Corporation and was transformed into a Private Company, registration number 2002/013104/07, in June 2002. IPS operates from Eureka Place, Faerie Glen in Pretoria.

Charmaine and Andre Louw manage the business as equal partners and have established themselves as a formidable team together with their other permanent payroll staff.

Charmaine is highly skilled and has salary payroll knowledge background and worked on various payrolls of national companies for more than 15 years. Andre joined the business in March 2000 when he resigned from his previous employer to support and grow the family business.

IPS is a level 4 BEE contributor and a member of SAPA (South African Payroll Association) and endorses and supports their Code of Practice and is fully committed to all its provisions.
