Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

We are a leading IT solutions provider specializing in web and mobile app development for almost all major industries and for all company sizes. While Headquartered in India, we have a partner presence in the USA, Europe, and Australia. We have delivered over 4000+ projects and currently boast over 150 employees who are dedicated to ensuring success for our client's projects. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of IT Path Solutions and I mainly look into the company finances.

What is the story behind starting this company?

It was the firm belief in the growth of the IT industry. The founders have always been passionate about technology and entrepreneurship and hence we started this company with quite humble beginnings. Our initial offerings were in Microsoft technologies as our founders are Microsoft Certified Professionals. Within a few years, we expanded into multiple technology offerings growing our clientele considerably. We have even worked with brands like Nestle, Skoda, and Starbucks.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

Our in-house team strength is more than 150 employees with the plan to add 100 more employees within 1 year. We are working mostly as an offshore partner for the brands so we rely completely on our in-house capabilities to meet client requirements.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

So how we differentiate ourselves is through experience, personnel, and methods. We are the most available company when it comes to IT Solutions. Our clients can contact us nearly 24/7 and they do in fact do that and we respond immediately. Plus we try to follow industry-established processes and involve our clients in setting up any processes from the beginning of the project for smooth sailing. Our average experience on the floor is 5 years but most of our major employees have been here for about 5 years and more so they know the ins and outs of the both industry and the project at hand.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We cater to all industries and firm sizes from start-ups to large enterprises. For industries, as I said before, we cater to everyone. We have done projects in Healthcare, Education, Automotive, Real Estate, Fashion and eCommerce, Travel and Tourism, Banking and Finance, Media and Entertainment, Restaurants, and other verticals. Our client retention ratio is more than 90% and that is quite impressive how we get a lot of referral business from our existing clients.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

We have worked mostly on web and mobile app development projects. Most of our recent projects have been focused on trending technologies like React Native, Flutter, Reactjs, Nodejs, Angularjs, Vuejs, Nextjs. We also get a lot of requirements into eCommerce and CMS development and we have delivered some good plugins in WordPress as well. Our SEO and Digital Marketing team have been a great support to our clients in the post-development phase to get the right launch to their platforms.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

100%. There has hardly been any escalation in the last 1 year and this has mainly been achieved because of the culture we have set in our work environment. IT Path team has not only been proactive in the work deliverables but any hiccups during the development have been transparently shared with clients with possible solutions and outcomes. The team has always placed the client's needs first making sure that we are always over-delivering the client's expectations.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

The processes we have on the floor ensure that any client query or issue is resolved within the shortest time possible. As we follow the Agile-scrum model for our project development, the work is released on every sprint completion for client review and feedback. We also provide a standard 30 days warranty for all projects on completion. Many of our clients even opt for annual maintenance plans to get continuous support and help post-development.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We have mainly 3 types of engagement models – Fixed price, Hourly based, and Dedicated hire. The clients are free to choose from these 3 models as per their requirements. The payment terms for hourly engagement are done on a weekly basis as per the approved timesheet. For the dedicated hire model, payment is done on a monthly basis whereas, for the Fixed price model, the payment is divided into multiple milestones as per the length of the project.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We generally prefer to work on projects with a minimum budget of USD 10,000, however, we do get a lot of referral business in the range of USD 2000 to USD 10000.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

Between USD 5000 to USD 150,000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

We are aggressively working towards increasing our footprints in AI-ML projects. We would love to see ourselves at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence as we truly believe in the potential of AI to redefine how we humans live our lives.
