ITExpert is an IT recruiting agency. We help to find technical specialists for R&D centers, product and outsourcing companies. We work with clients all over the world. We have helped to hire such companies as Deloitte, Nextiva, Ring, 3DLOOK, DepositPhotos, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, etc.

We have worked with different vacancies, closed Developer, QA, Support Representatives, Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum master positions. We can help with vacancies in Banking, DataScience, FinTech, E-commerce, SaaS, PaaS, Machine Learning, and other areas. The technical expertise of our team will help fill any vacancy.

The team has more than 25 technical recruiters, so we will show you fast results and help you scale. Our recruiters will provide you with your first resume in 3-5 days. We have hired a core team for startups and helped to form teams of more than 50 people.

What is the story behind starting this company?
We have faced market conditions in the recruiting area from the client's side. The fact is that IT recruiting is a difficult and time-consuming task, even if you have deep experience. It is not easy to see into the market of candidates, objectively evaluate them and attract the best talents. On the other hand, the quality of services of the IT recruiting agencies market was rather low.

My friends and I  founded ITExpert to change that. From the very first day, the CTO worked in our company, he advises clients on technical issues and the candidate market. We are focused on solving customer problems, not creating new ones. This is what motivates our team to deliver the best results day after day.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
ITExpert is the recruiting agency. Thus, we help our clients from the outside. But the fact is that we build strong relationships with each client. We have been working with some companies for more than 3 years, regularly helping to fill various vacancies. So we are a separate department and a permanent partner in recruiting for them.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our main difference is quality. Our CTO helps with the definition of the key requirements of the vacancy, advice on the technology stack and market capacity of candidates, current salaries, and so on. In this way, the client receives relevant candidates as soon as possible.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We usually work with projects in the areas of DataScience, FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, SaaS, PaaS, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, etc. Our clients often come back to us. I suppose more than 25% of clients come back to us with new vacancies.
Please share some of the services that you offer that your clients are looking for the most?
Our main service is IT recruiting. For more than 5 years, we have closed about 490 positions. We also work in the direction of outstaffing recruiters, recruiting consultations, and courses for recruiters and HR.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
The satisfaction of our customers is above average. In order to achieve this level, we are taking the following steps.

We are always honest with the client. If it is impossible to close his vacancy, we will tell the client about it and find a solution. For example, we can adjust job requirements to expand the market of candidates or develop an employer's value proposition to better “sell” the job to candidates.

We are always as flexible as possible to our clients. We respond quickly to changes in job requirements and working conditions. For example, we can show a quick result if project deadlines are sharply reduced.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We also take a fee only for closed positions. If the candidate does not pass the probationary period, we will look for a replacement free of charge. This is a critical condition because recruiting costs companies a lot of time and money. Thus, we are not working for the number of resumes, but for high-quality filling of vacancies.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We try to be flexible when we’re defining the billing structure for vacancies. We can take different percentages from the candidate’s annual salary, depending on the complexity of the position and the speed of the recruiting process. The client pays for closed positions only.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our minimum budget is 15% of the candidate’s annual salary. If the client needs to close many positions of the same type in the shortest possible time, we can discuss the change of the price. But the fact is that we can not greatly reduce the price. Recruiting is a difficult and time-consuming job. It is impossible to show good quality for a lower price. We either give our best or don't start the project.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
As I remember, we took 13-25% percent from the candidate’s annual salary for each vacancy.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
It seems to me that in modern conditions it is impossible to plan 10 or even 5 years in advance. Every six months the market for candidates and IT changes significantly. We are now focusing on growing our team and attracting more new foreign clients. I would like to help American and European companies open offices in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine. This would help companies to quickly and efficiently grow in product development and would open up good prospects for Ukraine.
