ITS Staffing Solutions was formed in the spring of 1999 to provide quality staffing solutions in the Greater Toronto Area with a focus on the warehousing industry.

The company’s partners would combine their experience in human resources, finance and customer service to provide a more holistic, integrated, and more customizable approach to temporary warehouse staffing and 3PL services.

The ITS professional method of recruiting and screening quality warehouse personnel—combined with an ability to communicate in meaningful business terms with its corporate clients—ensured a steady year-to-year growth for the company.

In 2004, ITS expanded operations to Calgary and in 2008 to Vancouver. The western offices quickly became an integral part of the company’s success.
