How we did it

  • Exploring the Needs: With such a varied target audience ranging in age groups of 16 to 70, it was practically very difficult to layout an intersecting set of objectives. The client assisted the team a lot by sending timely feedback and going back-and-forth with the team to assess the needs streamlined to the problem the product was trying to address.
  • Responsive Wireframing: Through a series of iterative meetings and discussions, the Business Analysis team laid out the first set of concrete wireframes that focused on the key objectives.
  • Working with the Business Model: The sole objective of Universal Casting is to provide a true experience of social networking to its specific industry users without having any unrelated elements within it. We worked back and forth through the UI process to make sure of this single fact.

  • After analyzing the target audience who are majorly between 18 -30 years learners, our brand strategists worked with the client to draft a brand identity to start with this unique product.

The calculation is based on: Diamond Carat, Colour, Clarity and Shape, Gold Price, Manufacturing & Retail Factor.
  • If one is buying a Diamond Ring, the calculator will provide a general indication of what to expect to pay for it. In the case of selling, expect to get a lot less than the value presented, but it helps negotiate a better price.
  • The platform also generates pre-evaluation certificates based on the calculation of the current diamond and gold price on the market and it is based upon the principle of jewellery valuation per consultation with a qualified valuer.

A brief of the platform

  • The SHG4070-HC collects usage: Utilizing the Patient Issue Record routine directly into MEDITECH by scanning the: Patient Account Number The UPN barcode on the packaging. Quantity issued.
  • This Record is then Posted into MEDITECH using the: Process Patient Issue Record Process Exchange Cart Create PO from Inventory
  • Producing: Patient Charge batch to be sent to B/AR in the midnight run. Picklist from Storeroom to replenish the Inventory. Purchase Order from the Vendor directly to the Inventory location. Lost Patient Charge Report
  • This data is then uploaded into MEDITECH using the: Handheld Interface Menu Process Patient Issue Record Process Exchange Cart Create PO from Inventory
  • Placed in an inventory location, where caregivers will scan Patient barcode and bin label barcodes as items are taken from the inventory and issued to a Patient.
  • The PS1055AO-HC collects usage in two methods: Utilized by the MM Staff to take an inventory count collecting the: Inventory Name Stock Number Quantity left on the shelf.
  • Producing: Patient Charge batch to be sent to B/AR in the midnight run. Picklist from Storeroom to replenish the Inventory. Purchase Order from the Vendor directly to the Inventory location. Lost Patient Charge Report

Farah’s Fashion is an online shopping app based on OpenCart. It brings the latest fashion trends in Islamic clothing to the table. Farah's Fashion adds sophistication to any apparel and has the largest stock of Abayas in Melbourne. The Abayas are of high quality and made from natural fabric.

Key Objectives

  • Farah’s Fashion was looking for a team with the right skill set to produce a unique eCommerce experience using OpenCart’s readymade eCommerce framework.
  • The business with this very specific niche in Islamic clothing was hard to conceive as opposed to any traditional eCommerce website or mobile app. The solution was needed in both web and app formats in the shortest turnaround time.
     

    Solution Provided

  • Using our years of eCommerce development experience, our expert UI architects laid the style guide in merely two weeks. The complete buying experience was designed and molded into OpenCart’s eCommerce framework for the web part, integrated with PayPal’s payment engine.
  • The app designers took the app sketches and crafted a very functional app. Our experienced OpenCart API developers developed secure APIs and worked closely with Android and iOS programmers to get the store-ready apps to roll out.

    How we developed it

  • After receiving the initial brief, our Technical Business Analyst had set up a web-meeting with the client to discuss the project in detail.
  • The client had shared the user interfaces of the iPhone app and thus it was easy for our developers to get a 360-degree understanding of the app.
  • The Project Manager created a drip-feed deliverable plan and teams were engaged.
  • The development team used to schedule regular sprint reviews during the entire development to keep the client informed of the progress.
  • In about 14 weeks the iPhone app was was ready to go live to the store.
  • The app uses push notifications and smart alerts to keep users engaged in the game.
