They initially completed a full assessment or as they call it “IT and Security Audit”. The assessed the 3 areas of Infrastructure, Security and Support Process. -- The IT and security Audit was presented to the management. The report was very comprehensive and included 3 colors: red, yellow and green. -- After the presentation, the onboarding process started.
The onboarding included onboarding of all of our staff, computers, servers, mobile devices and our whole IT infrastructure. -- After onboarding, they completed a full documentation of our IT environment.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Jay Analytix supplied a mid-level engineer to We needed a system to package their code using our software development kit (SDK). The system required a toolkit to integrated with our API and display the results in our interface. They built the system using Python.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They were spot-on with the knowledge and expertise we asked for. The engineer was a good fit and he was up and running very quickly.

Jay Analytix is helping us set up the data infrastructure for portfolio companies in different industries and at different stages of their data maturing, as well as build reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. We’re currently working on 10–20 different projects. As for the technology stack involved, we use AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, and C#.
