Jezem Manpower Agency Inc. is a DMW-licensed Philippine recruitment agency based in Quezon City, Philippines (License No. DMW-182-LB-10022023-R, valid 5 June 2024 to 4 June 2030). We source, screen and process Filipino workers for construction, automotive, hospitality and healthcare roles, placing them with employers across destination markets worldwide.

We work with two types of partners: overseas employers hiring Filipino workers directly, and overseas staffing and recruitment agencies that need a licensed Philippine sourcing partner to handle the regulated side of the process. For agencies, our commitment is simple and in writing: we work with you, not around you — we never approach your client directly, and your commercial relationship stays yours.

Hiring from the Philippines is a government-supervised process under the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), not a private transaction, and most delays happen when that process is handled by someone unfamiliar with it. We manage every stage — job order registration, candidate sourcing, document and qualification verification, trade testing where required, Master Employment Contract preparation, and coordination with the relevant Migrant Workers Office (MWO) — so our partners get workers who are fully compliant and deployment-ready, without having to navigate DMW requirements themselves.

Our screening covers identity and employment history verification, skills and certification checks relevant to each role, and trade tests for technical positions. We are transparent about what drives timeline and cost at each stage, so partners can set realistic expectations with their own clients or hiring teams.
