Based in Phoenix, Arizona, JMR Scribe Services is owned by Jill M. Rausch. Following careers as a musician, orchestra teacher, and vocational assessment counselor, Jill trained in stenography at the Denver Academy of Court Reporting. She has worked as a transcriptionist and offline captioner since 2010.

Jill has a passion for accurately representing the spoken word for accessibility and research purposes. She has had extensive experience in creating transcripts and captions for a myriad of situations and content.
