Joinery builds AI systems for firms with 5 to 50 people and fits them into the software the firm already uses. A typical job: the owner's team spends hours each week retyping invoices or searching old files for an answer, and afterwards a system does that part while the person keeps the decision. The firm's data stays on its own server when it should. Fixed price per project.

What we build: a private AI on the firm's own server (open models, nothing leaves the building); a company knowledge base that answers from the firm's documents, with the source; invoice processing that reads, checks and books, and hands exceptions to a person with the reason; AI agents that work inside the firm's mail, CRM, accounting and calendar; and, for firms that want it, whole departments staffed with agents and one person with the last word.

Founded by Frederik Theissen, a data scientist who has worked with language models nearly every day since December 2022, after research in neuroscience and lead data science roles in fintech. Based in the UAE, working with firms in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and English-speaking markets. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes.
