PLEASE AVOID JTM AT ANY COST

I wanted to share my whole story but i will only brief it for saving everyone's time. We are into supply chain management. JTM is Extremely unprofessional and unreliable fright forwarders I ever worked up. They have no clue on what they are doing and keep telling lies after a lie to cover up their mess up. I lost my business, my clients. money, time and the most importantly my repetition just because of JTM. They are super nice till they get your money. Once you make the payment, they will show you night mares. Its been close to month and I am still cleaning up the shit JTM has created. I had to employ a person overseas to clean up the mess they created. Thankfully, it was my home country so I worked it out. Imagine if it was a different country. I went to JTM crying, and all I got from John is " If you want your shipment, this is how it works. You do exactly what I ask you to do". Worse part are not transparent at all and they will hold on to your shipment as a ransom to get your money. I asked them to cancel my shipment and I went to different company. They havent refunded my money yet( I dont think they will). I have decided to take legal actions against JTM and demand a compensation .
