This Ramadan, HSBC aimed to inspire viewers to explore fresh, creative approaches to repurposing leftover food while promoting sustainable practices. KGI developed a concept that deviated from the typical cooking competition format, focusing instead on a collaborative approach to reinventing leftovers. The objective was to showcase how leftovers can be transformed into new, delicious dishes while promoting sustainability and reducing food waste. The two chefs, Chef Marwan and Chef Layal, demonstrated their culinary skills and shared their creative techniques for upscaling Iftar leftovers.
