Our experience with Kanda has been very team- and communiation-oriented, and has made efficient use of our time. The team has followed our project plan well, and is accomodating to our change requests and reprioritizations in order to best meet business needs. Many of their developers are experienced and very talented and a number of them played a significant role in helping us accomplish our deliverables. When there is an issue with performance Kanda is quick to try to remedy the situation.

Dedicated QA team, who helped shape and implement our product testing methodology. With great written and spoken English, we enjoyed seamless communication and full testing coverage of our web application. Kanda team became an extension of our tech dev team and closely integrated with our engineers. Our clients had confidence in our product, which helped us release new features quicker and that would only be possible with Kanda QA team on our side.

Kanda has been our sole source for product development and support from day 1 (over 8 years ago). At every stage of the business they have supported us with top quality service, advise, and delivery.

We've worked with Kanda for almost 10 years. While they can do a lot more, we've only used them for QA. We've had various team members contribute to our projects over the years, but they typically serve for at least a year long stint. Our current resources are 1+ years and 3 + years with the team. If we ever encounter an issue the client management team is extremely responsive and has always quickly resolved any of our concerns. I'll also mention our products are very complex and assume a lot of domain knowledge in a niche field within the healthcare IT space. The QA resources have had very little issue getting up to speed with solid investment in training.
