Kapaciti

Kapaciti is a Swedish AI automation company in Skellefteå that builds ALEX, a digital AI employee, and trains staff in AI. The company was founded by Alexander Gälldin, who both builds ALEX and answers when you get in touch. ALEX prepares recurring office work, for example quote handling and case registration, and asks for your yes before anything goes out. Everything ALEX does is written to a signed log with an external timestamp that your auditor can verify independently. Each customer gets a dedicated server in the EU. Kapaciti also offers AI training for staff, and AI strategy and EU AI Act guidance for leadership teams. We work across Sweden. Status: ALEX works in Kapaciti's own business today; the server each customer gets is built and tested with test data.
