King's Choice

We started with a discovery call to align on the role, responsibilities, and expectations. King's Choice then prepared the job description, outreach templates, and built a structured candidate pipeline, managing the entire process from sourcing through final interviews. They proactively communicated throughout, coordinated interview logistics, and requested our feedback at each stage. What stood out most was their rigorous candidate pre-screening and concise written summaries—these made it much easier for us to evaluate candidates and move quickly toward a hire.

One of our key areas is UI\UX, and it was essential for us to find not just an ordinary designer but a leader to lead the team. This is a difficult task, but King's Choice was up to the challenge, showing us only eight candidates, of which we hired one for the team. While searching for a Lead UI\UX Designer, we received 8 candidates from King's Choice, invited 3 for an interview, and offered one candidate to join our team and take a leading role in the design team. I think they started the search promptly and showed us the first candidates within a week. They were in constant contact and entirely in control of the process with the candidates. We selected a candidate and let them know when it would be convenient for us to interview them, and King's Choice quickly organized an interview with the candidate for us.

Of those, we liked 6 and invited them for an interview. Later, we received another candidate from them and decided to hire him. It was an incredible case. During the search process, the King's Choice recruiter found a developer with an offer from another company who did not want to start a new process with us. However, the recruiter convinced the candidate to consider our project and make a task. Thanks to the excellent communication, we managed to conduct the process quickly.
