KMG was founded in 2003 by its founder, Karim Ghonaim, as a technology distribution company with its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt In 2004, the first contract was signed as an exclusive agent for Bandridge, which works in the field of accessories, cables and connections for technological products. In 2005, an agency contract for Toshiba was signed as a distributor of technology products (laptops, copiers, projectors). In 2006 an exclusive agency contract was signed with Trust, which operates in the accessories business In 2008 an agency contract was signed with Bitdefender, which works in antivirus software. In 2010 an agency contract was signed with Fujitsu as a laptop distributor.
