Konvert Klicks – Convert every single click into your business is our motto. Konvert Klicks Private Limited is a Bhopal-based company. Started by Ankit & Hemant in the year 2016, From 80 SQFt office to now grown up with 1500sqft office space and team size from 2 to 10 employees. KK offers end-to-end solutions from Web Development to Online Marketing for our customers. Majorly we deal in Digital Marketing Services and Web Development on WordPress, WebFlow, and Ecommerce sites. I am the lead business development sales person out here with expertise in SEO, Paid Ads, and sales. My role also covers onboarding new customers and managing all client interactions.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Very few companies or people in MP can deliver trusted quality service and fulfill the market requirements for digital marketing. Before establishing Konvert Klicks, Ankit and I worked together in a Digital marketing agency, where we thought of trying to start a company in Digital Marketing as we both came back to Bhopal from Pune & Delhi due to some personal family reasons and had no point of going back. We're scared of quitting our jobs with high ambition and many family responsibilities. Starting a company was always a tough decision for both of us. Ankit initially quit the job to initiate our entrepreneur journey, and after seven months, I joined him. Our start was not that good; we have one project of 10k, and we have no investment or funding from any other source for the company. We started from 80Sgft space with our laptops, carried out everything on our own, and now turn to be the leading company in MP for Digital Marketing and Development.
What is your company's business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We offer digital marketing services and development on WordPress and web flow in-house. Some jobs we outsource include ERP, CRM, or custom development requirements.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our highly organized, result-oriented process and 98% customer retention mark us different from others. We have had many clients with us since the time of inceptions of this company.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We mark ourselves as an industry-specific marketing company. Our niche is Health, Education, eCom, and Real estate. We have nearly 70% of customers from Health and Education and 30% from the remaining domains.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Online Marketing and Web Development.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I cannot mark 100% here as we all are humans and human wants are unlimited. But, above 90% you can say for customer satisfaction. We have a straightforward process to follow - weekly feedback calls, bimonthly performance calls, and monthly reporting for all the work. We're open 24x7 for the customer over WhatsApp/Skype/Email, and phone calls depend on the customer's place and time.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Email, WhatsApp, skype, and call support.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We take 100% advance for all marketing service payments, and For development as per milestones, we complete.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take a minimum 5 lac budget campaign size.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Min size of 80K INR and max of 10 Lac INR of the project we catered in 2021.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We would like to place ourselves in the top 5 digital marketing companies and want to establish min 5 offices in India.
