Describe your project in brief
Kishori, this app is for adolescent girls as a freind to them to help them understand teh changes in their body and mind. Thsi app has nutrition, yoga, hygeine and mental wellbeing for adolescent girls
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
they had a problem solving attitude which helped us to move ahead
they were value for money and delivered on time with the right advice
the design team understood our requirements and did their best to match it
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
This was our first experience in getting an app built like this so there was really noting that we wanted to change

Review Summary
The result has been a dramatic reduction in support tickets. We have also noticed that our users don't have any negative comments about the technology in our user comments and course evaluations. While the work sometimes takes longer than expected, we have always been very pleased with the final product. They have also been great at providing quick responsive fixes and updates to our apps and website when needed.
Kooky is owned and managed by two great guys, Ravi and Gulshan, who are both highly committed and passionate about their work. They are kind, honest and hard-working business owners who give everything they can to make sure we are satisfied with their work.

Actual time versus expected time to complete projects and communication of time expectations and deadlines. Communication and updates (especially when they get busy).
