Founded in 1971 by Eric Krauthammer in Switzerland, Krauthammer has gone from being a company focused on business training to becoming a network organization with a global presence. We provide our services to an extensive catalog of human capital development solutions. Our base is in Western Europe, and we are currently in the expansion phase to more offices around the world. Krauthammer is owned by its employees and its management is carried out by a designated executive management team. All Krauthammer consultants receive training and training twice a year in the Krauthammer Learning Methodology at Krauthammer University. This allows us to deploy our international programs with consistency that is not usual in our sector. Krauthammer's philosophy (' bringing out the best in people… with an extra smile from within ') is based on the conviction that people with delivery are the engine of performance. And that all human beings, under the right conditions, are capable of experiencing significant behavioral transformations.
