We run a B2C business where we have a daily traffic of 30k customers. We have a large sales team who are responsible of followups and conversions. As part of DPDPA compliance organizations have to protect PII data, obtain consent from users and make appropriate steps / controls to ensure that data is protected. Kraver helped us do all of it. They came scanned our Databases, local storage, cloud storage, email attachments, over 3 million files in total. Identified and classified these files based on PII, created structure and controls to keep these files. For the sales team they created a UI which was driven by Role based access control.
