Founded in 2018, KVY TECH began its journey with a significant IoT project for an energy company based in South Africa and Australia. To tackle this challenge, I assembled a dedicated team of five engineers. Since then, we've expanded our portfolio to serve clients across various industries, growing our team to fifteen members by the end of 2019.
A pivotal moment arrived in 2020 when we partnered with a US-based fintech startup, contributing to their core software development. This project was instrumental in our growth as it exposed us to the dynamic world of global startups. The company subsequently raised over $100 million USD, validating our ability to deliver high-impact solutions.

KVY TECH is proud to have been instrumental in the success of Ademco Security, a global leader in security solutions. Our team played a pivotal role in developing the Verifsuite platform and mobile application, which has significantly enhanced security and safety for Singaporean businesses and government agencies.

We’re not limited to any industries. But we do have more exposure to IoT, Retail, and Fintech software.

As the CEO, I'm deeply involved in building strong relationships with our clients. Regular check-ins and open communication are essential to our partnership. While our project managers handle the day-to-day details, I'm focused on the bigger picture, ensuring our clients' strategic goals are met. For long-term partners, I believe in going the extra mile with in-person meetings to foster deeper connections.
What payment structure do you typically follow when billing clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (phases, months, versions, etc.)?
It depends on the type of project or type of engagement model.
For fixed-scoped projects, we will provide a payment schedule so that clients can make payments per milestone. While for other types of engagements such as retainer (scope will be discussed per client) or staff augmentation. Clients will pay a fixed fee monthly.
Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?
We have helped clients in developing tailored solutions for smaller-scale projects, such as WordPress CMS implementations or custom admin portals. These projects typically range from SGD 6,000 to SGD 20,000.

Our services cater to a range of project needs. For early-stage ventures, our MVP development packages start at SGD 30,000. Larger-scale custom software projects typically begin at SGD 50,000. Both options are adaptable to specific requirements, ensuring optimal solutions for your business. For ongoing support and development, we offer retainer packages starting at SGD 3,000 per month, scalable to meet your specific needs.
