Our expedited, exclusive use 24′ – 26′ Refrigerated Box Trucks, 48′ – 53′ Refrigerated Trailers are ready to deliver your time critical shipments. We offer local pick ups and deliveries, trailer rentals, lift gate and pallet jack services.

We began operations in the Miami market on 1994. It started with just a truck driven by the owner Mr. Lara and his brothers. As the years passed by and with honesty, effort and the support of their family, Lara’s Trucking and Logistics has become a successful delivery business expanding to the Palm Beach county with more than 60 trucks and trailers.
