Our range of services includes leadership coaching and mentoring, leadership and management training, team-building, facilitated strategic planning, and business consulting. We also offer programs to help companies create their own in-house mentoring program or to design in-house leadership development courses and tools.

The founder and managing principal of SLDI is Dr. Mike Armour. A lifelong leader himself, he is a retired Navy captain, a former college president, the former CEO of an international humanitarian organization, the former CIO of a nationwide intelligence program, and a key executive in a variety of non-profit and faith-based organizations.
