Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) transforms community leaders in the Richmond region. Today, LMR members occupy seats at every key decision making table in our region. We connect diverse leaders to one another and to opportunities to be engaged in our community's solution building, provide an environment for challenging conversations, broaden awareness, knowledge and perspectives about our region and inspire them to serve first, then lead.
