Key features like Omni-Channel, Web-to-Case, Email-to-case, and custom LWC were integrated to streamline case management and improve agent workflows. The system also included custom Apex development for tailored functionality, ensuring that specific business requirements were met.
Data migration and system integration were major components of the project, transitioning our legacy system into Salesforce without disrupting daily operations. The newly implemented platform now facilities efficient case creation, tracking and response, with improved case management and user interface through LWCs.
