What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Lean IT Inc showcased exceptional backend prowess in implementing comprehensive enhancements to FSL and territory management within Salesforce. Leveraging Apex, optimized territory management with intricate sharing and security models, and automated processes through custom triggers and workflows. Their mastery of SOQL and SOSL queries enabled real-time data manipulation, while their integration expertise seamlessly connected using custom REST and SOAP integration ensuring synchronized records.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
While Lean IT technical expertise and commitment to delivering results were impressive, one aspect that could have been improved upon was communication. There were occasional instances where communication regarding project updates or timelines was not as frequent or clear as desired, leading to minor delays in decision-making processes. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise exemplary collaboration.
