Genean Roberts, owner of Life by Design Virtual Solutions, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management Communication from Amridge University and has worked with a variety of companies and clients over the last 20 years, gaining all the HR and people knowledge she could along the way. She believes that people are our greatest resource and that building a strong HR structure that supports a happy culture, inclusion, and diversity, is the best way to find and keep strong talent.
