LiftUp was retained to improve Zixtel’s website with a focus on UI, UX replacing legacy web technologies with the latest ones.

As part of the process to transition to a dedicated e-shop, instead of using other digital marketplaces, LiftUp was also tasked to integrate an e-commerce solution into the website.

Magento version 2 was deployed, and the LiftUp experts created a templates system that allowed the Zixtel team to easily and rapidly add products to the website. In order to support different types of commercial clients, the system needed to allow for pricing to be shown both with and without VAT.

The time required to lead products onto the platform was reduced by 300%.

Developed and launched through personal crisis experience, Therapology is an exciting new platform and app that enables anyone with the Internet, to connect rapidly with therapists in the UK and book online or face2face appointments, typically within the hour.

The client was looking for an intuitive, yet highly versatile way of building an application for its innovative service. With a strategy to scale exponentially, it needed to be able to sustain complexities across a multitude of functions. In order to achieve this.

LiftUp experts assisted the Therapology team by employing lean methodology to develop critical databases, webpages, mechanisms, addons, design, reliable yet adaptable mobile applications, and any required support services for infrastructure and maintenance.


The project had 3 phases of deliverables:
