It was the great disappointment of my work with a US-based LSP provider.
Review Summary
I worked with their alter ago/imprint Certified Translations since late 2020. It was not a big business for me, but I value each customer I have. Everything was more or less OK, even though I needed to push them from time to time to make late payments. My biggest order with them for $100 completed last February turned out to be the last. I didn't hear from them since then and didn't receive any money. I sent them repeated reminders, but for no avail. I am very disappointed.

They were quick enough and responsive when it concerned the upcoming orders.

They should pay their vendors and do it in a timely manner.
