Link2Recruit are a recruitment agency established in 2007 with offices in both Birmingham and Liverpool. Setup by a highly skilled team of directors that all came from ‘big name’ high street recruitment agencies. Collectively they decided that a boutique consultancy that offered highly skilled staff would be a ‘one stop shop’ for most clients.

By February 2009, despite the economic downturn, demand was such that expansion was the only option and extra staff were recruited. Since then, we have developed four separate operating divisions covering Engineering Recruitment, Industrial/Automotive Recruitment, Driving/Logistics and Sales, in 2015 we started a new division in Waste Management due to the growth we have experienced in this area.  We are now one of the leading industry specific Waste Management Consultancies in the UK.
