My experience with Local Hero was nothing short of excellent. They provided key services, including building a YouTube channel and running ads to grow his brand on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Devin was impressed by the company's technical expertise and thorough understanding of social media growth strategies. The work was delivered efficiently, and the team, especially Shawn, demonstrated deep knowledge in digital marketing. Devin felt this experience was much better compared to other companies he has worked with over the years.

My experience has been amazing. They have helped me with google ads, website rebranding and transition to wordpress, seo optimization, and local seo. They are very responsive to questions I have and new things I want to try. They take time to explain things to me and take my feedback seriously. I feel like they value of what I get is way above the price point they charge.

I have worked with iLocal Hero for about two years for a variety of projects. They have been great for google ads, helped recreate and rebrand my website and make it SEO optimized. They have also helped with local seo with google maps, and I use them for ongoing google ads management in two locations as well as ongoing website management and seo optimization. I love them and would 100% recommend.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I like that they take time to explain things to me so I can understand the marketing plan and how that will help me achieve my goals. They are all really nice and also fun to talk to which is also nice.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I have not had any negative experiences with them. I am very happy with the service and recommend them to evryone.

Great support for a lower budget

Really great company, especially because they do some hand-holding when it comes to things you don't understand. Sean, the owner, is amazing and responsive to emails. They are great with SEO and managing Google ads. Also good with providing content roadmaps for what should be optimized and produced down the road. Great agency overall! Sidenote - they work with a lot of therapists and health care companies, and excel at that.

I really appreciate that they know some start-ups have a smaller budget, and are willing to help maximize that.
