LSM Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing agency serving East Tennessee for over 20 years.  Our longevity is a result of our ability to tailor around our clients’ specific needs, some of whom have been with us for over a decade.

Because we are independently owned and operated, we have more flexibility with in-house decision making, and more importantly, the ability to build individual relationships with our employees and clients.

These are just some the services we provide:  total payroll processing, human resource management, workers comp and general liability, drug tests and background checks, coordination of employee interviews, and no placement fee after 90 days!
