We received a request from HMD Trucking to attract organic traffic of truck drivers with at least one year of experience. The company had a landing page, which is where we started.

After some time, the principle and strategy of HMD Trucking changed. The company's request expanded from needing drivers to attracting clients for all their businesses - trucking, brokerage services, and factoring. 

Together with the client we decided to develop a single website for all services, as SEO of one website is more profitable than SEO of separate websites for each area. From the landing page, we were to grow into a multilingual, multi-brand site with a large service structure and a blog for all these directions. 

For the future global site with multiple service types, we needed to collect search queries, think through the structure, and how the interaction of all directions would work and how several types of businesses would coexist on one site. 

Our goal was to effectively distribute the amount allocated for SEO of all areas and get an even result for them. Before the emergence of the global task, we tested running advertisements. Most of those who came from the ads did not meet the company's requirements regarding work experience. 

In the early stages, we achieved good results through the blog. The site brings in more than 10,000 unique visitors a month, and these visitors convert into drivers.

Regarding the work on the global project —  a new site was launched. Thanks to good link metrics, within two months, it started generating conversions from the job pages. The site also began generating leads for transportation, factoring, and brokerage services. The company reached the TOP10 in search results for highly competitive queries. The site's traffic doubled.

PandaDoc is a leading SaaS company that provides ready-to-use document templates, which helps save time and minimizes client risks. Our task was to optimize and improve the ranking of 65 pages. To accomplish this task, we teamed up with our partners, YourExtraMarketer, who specialize in copywriting and content creation. The timeframe for completing the task was 1 month.

This is a project where it was important not only to complete the task from an SEO perspective but also to manage the process clearly to meet the deadline. 

The semantic core was not provided to us, and we had to compile it ourselves for all pages. After drawing up the technical specifications based on the queries, it turned out that they could not be fulfilled. It was discovered that the client only permits minimal edits since the main part of the page is the actual template of the documents, which cannot be changed due to legal specifics. The number of page elements we could change was strictly limited.

We found ourselves in a situation where we had more queries than the possibility to use them. Our solution was to identify groups of queries that rank highly and prioritize their use. For pages that ranked well with this group, we used the main cluster and further optimized the page with less popular queries. Pages that ranked worse for the main query cluster, we optimized only them.

On one hand, client-imposed restrictions and additional complexities limited our actions, but in this way, they focused us solely on critically important queries and elements.

Despite the tight deadlines and limited conditions, we completed the work on time. Our long-standing acquaintance with our partners, established process of interaction, and communication between us significantly helped save time. Three months later, the client shared a report indicating that most pages had significantly improved their positions.

The client had an idea to start a software development company in the UAE. He had an office in Dubai and a local sales manager but lacked a clear marketing vision. Our role was to craft a marketing strategy for Celadon, mindful of these financial and human resource limitations. The immediate goal was to generate leads swiftly to kickstart operations and boost marketing, eventually leading to an expanded budget and the formation of an internal team.

We conducted a marketing research, examining the demand for software development services in the UAE market. We analyzed competitors and realized that we could break into the TOP10 in organic search and attract traffic from Google Ads in the mobile app development sector. React Native was chosen as the main technology due to its cross-platform capabilities, which accelerate and reduce the cost of app development.  Recognizing the regional audience's preferences, we built a bilingual website for Celadon and executed on-page optimization in both Arabic and English. 

In the first 3-4 months, we increased organic traffic and started receiving initial leads from Google Ads. We also began getting traffic from Clutch and local directories. Thanks to the Arabic version of the site and regional promotion, we started receiving leads from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other countries.

After 6 months of work, thanks to a thoughtful approach, we secured an important client - EIEV. This project became a key milestone for Celadon in its further development.  Within 6 months, we achieved TOP5 rankings for all queries related to "mobile app development" in the UAE in both Arabic and English. In the first year, Celadon.ae obtained 200 sales-qualified leads. Consequently, the client considered establishing an international software development company.

A satisfied client always returns, and good results always become the foundation for new desires and victories. Previously, we collaborated with the recruitment agency KIAT in Belarus. The client decided to scale the business and open another recruitment agency in Poland. He approached us with a request to promote his business in a niche market, specifically IT Recruitment. The client did not have a website for promotion in the new region.

We had previously developed and promoted the client's website for the Belarusian market, and it had good optimization. To save time and money, we suggested the client make a copy of the Belarusian site and make minor changes to it. This way, we quickly created a technically optimized multilingual site. We developed content in English and Polish, optimizing it for the necessary keywords. Our research showed that competitors in the TOP5 had an average of 80-100 backlinks. We carefully analyzed their backlinks and concluded that a large percentage of them are low-quality. Thus, we decided to acquire half as many links but of higher quality. We also registered the site on Clutch and other important directories.

Focusing on the quality of backlinks, rather than its quantity, helped us quickly achieve results and save money for the client.

The site was quickly indexed in both Polish and English. The site began to rank for queries. Within 1 month, for the queries "recruitment agency in Poland" and "agencja rekrutacyjna IT" we were in the TOP10. After 2 months, thanks to good backlinks, we entered TOP5 for these queries.

A client, INCENDIO MAGIC WAND, approached us. He had a blog, ran advertising and the site was on the first page in the output for many queries. However, they aspired to dominate the organic search top rankings. We needed to evaluate the opportunity for growth. The client also wanted to improve the results of PPC advertising. They were targeting regionslike the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and others. 

As the product is seasonal, the client's main task was to improve the site's performance in time for the Christmas and New Year gift selling season. This was the main difficulty, the client came to us with a request in early October and time was extremely limited. 

We thoroughly examined the structure of the ad campaign set up before us. The existing campaign was extensive - with over 100 campaigns and more than 1500 ads. After the advertising analysis, we created additional ads optimized for keywords, improved Ad relevance and Landing page experience. We also added and configured Performance Max campaigns, optimized budgets and bids.

From an SEO perspective, we conducted a technical audit of the website, corrected errors based on the audit, and compiled a semantic core. We then created pages for previously unused queries. During the analysis phase,we noticed that competitors were not as strong in terms of backlinks. In 2 months we have placed 40 links on the site.

While Perfomance Max campaigns were still more of an innovation from Google, they worked great.In terms of SEO, correct query clustering and on-page optimization resolved many issues and accounted for 70% of the success. We focused on links, which contributed to 30% of the success. The campaign delivered an average ROAS of approximately 350% at the peak of the season. The site ranked TOP1 for nearly all high-frequency queries, outperforming serious competitors. Traffic to the site tripled.

Often local businesses come in with a request for marketing, SEO or advertising already in season, so you have to work in a hurry. This project was an example of such a request.

There is an island in Greece called Santorini with a popular location for photo shoots in the form of white houses with blue roofs. We were approached by a photographer who conducts photo shoots in this location. The photo shoot season starts in April, the client approached us in May. The request was to do something that would improve the current situation with leads for photo shoots. The challenge was to do it quickly and with a small budget. The main audience is the USA, as well as the entire world.

The client had a website on a free template. The lack of keywords, errors on the site and poor technical optimization didn't matter much until competition started to grow in the client's niche in 2022.

The look and feel of the site was good, but its on-page optimization wasn't up to the task of getting the site ranked well. This situation in our practice is common.

We conducted a classic set of actions: research of competitors, collected the correct semantic core, distributed queries on the structure, made changes to the structure of the site, wrote and published texts, made on-page optimization.

The client saw that you don't have to pay for years, you can get results quickly. Even with little organic competition, on-page optimization is the minimum you need to get to the top.

The work was done in 2 weeks. The site rose from rank 8 in TOP5 for "flying dress photoshoot santorini". The number of leads tripled. The client saw the obvious benefit of the work done, despite the fact that he applied already in season. In the following, the client took into account that it is better to prepare in advance. The client also turned to us for the development and promotion of a new website, with the aim of occupying the top two sites.

After establishing itself as a market leader in the UAE, Celadon decided to expand into the international segment. By that time, the celadon.ae website was already consistently generating leads (see our case study), but its operation was local. It was necessary to develop a new international website and promote it. We were tasked with defining the company's service lines and technology focus. 

Thanks to the successful development of the Celadon.ae project, the company had excellent experience in mobile development and a deep understanding of this field. However, this was not enough for entering the international market.After studying the market and its trends, we decided to add ML, AI, Natural Language Processing, and Neural Networks. We chose Python, Django, and Tensorflow as our technologies, focusing on startups as our industry. We noticed the typicality of the sites while studying competitors. We took a risk and decided to design the site in a unique dark theme with animated elements.

The immediate goal was not to urgently generate leads, as the Celadon.ae project was already bringing in leads. This allowed us to calmly focus on SEO, working on generating leads from organic search and other sources. The low competition allowed us to achieve TOP rankings in organic search for Python, Django, ML, NLP, and other directions with minimal investment.

In 2023, the AI direction we chose in 2020 has become the most popular in the world. This gives Celadon a particular advantage today.

After five months, the Celadonsoft.com website began generating leads. Around the same time, we started receiving leads from Clutch and other sources. Working with unique technological projects led to a new development direction for the company - mobile game development, which resulted in the launch of Celadon Wolves.

HMD BAR & GRILL is one of the businesses of HMD Enterprises, located in Chicago Ridge, IL. We were tasked with performing local SEO for the restaurant, running Google Ads, and driving traffic from the Chicago Ridge area. The restaurant positioned itself not just as a bar, but also as a venue for watching sports events, dates, or hosting events. At the time the client approached us, they already had a landing page.

We evolved the landing page into a full-fledged website. In addition to the well-known TripAdvisor, Yelp, we collected all directories and aggregators and placed the site on them. We added the site to Google Maps and Bing Maps. Launched Google Ads for Google Maps, retargeting, and Display Ads with attractive photos of dishes and the restaurant's ambiance. Meanwhile, our partners were focusing on Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable. We performed on-page optimization of the site for local queries. Attracted 60 backlinks. Placed promotional articles on various resources using outreach.

By focusing on the Chicago Ridge area and nothing else, we have taken a leadership position.

The website on TripAdvisor and other aggregators became a TOP10 restaurant in Chicago Ridge. Display Ads attracted our first visitors and increased the restaurant's recognition in our target region. We turned off advertising on Google Maps after 2 months, as we pushed our Google Business profile into the TOP3 in the region. In Google Ads, we only kept retargeting.

Thanks to proper text optimization, creating separate landing pages for specific queries, and link building, we reached the TOP5 in organic search within 2 months for queries like “restaurants in Chicago Ridge”, “restaurants near me”, “birthday venue Chicago Ridge”, “wedding banquet hall Chicago Ridge”, “baby shower Chicago Ridge”. There was a 450% increase in event reservations.

No other restaurant in the region achieved such results in Local SEO.

Working in the trucking industry, the company HMD Enterprises decided to open a division offering factoring services. HMD Financial became such a project. Before investing in SEO and other long-term marketing tools, the company's management tasked us with generating leads through PPC.

We studied the competition and concluded that the cost per click, as well as the competition in financial services, is quite high. To spend the budget efficiently, we focused on three key areas: a carefully selected semantic core; Quality Score; and landing page effectiveness. In developing the semantic core, we gathered over 500 queries, covering both high-frequency and low-frequency searches. We also included competitor company names in our list. Working on the Quality Score, we created a large list of ads that were highly relevant to the key queries. Using SEO skills, we optimized the landing page. For landing page effectiveness, we conducted A/B testing, radically redesigning the page several times to optimize the conversion rate. After analyzing the cost per click in Bing, we launched a similar advertising campaign there as well.

Thanks to careful keyword selection, optimized ads, and conversion rate tracking, we achieved profitability for the advertising campaign within three months. Despite the attractive cost-per-click and advertising budget, Bing Ads was ineffective. In contrast, we received our first leads from Google Ads within a month, and these leads turned into won deals. By tracking all channels, we achieved a 20% conversion rate. Efficient ad campaign management and meticulous conversion rate optimization allowed us to reach profitability in three months. On average, we attracted 140 sales-qualified leads from Google Ads per month.

During one of the meetings, a Google Ads Rep confirmed that with a smaller budget, we were achieving more conversions than our competitors.

Based on the results of the SEO audit, a decision was made to migrate the company's website from Bitrix to wordpress.
The company developed all the technical tasks for the developer to transfer the site, including SEO settings and internal optimization. We wrote technical tasks for each section and product card on content strategy.
After the migration we checked all settings, fixed bugs. During the entire work were constantly in touch at any time of the day. Promptly solved all arising issues.
As a result of the transfer we managed to increase the site performance on the main performance parameters from 78% to 96%. The loading speed of the site in mobile and desktop versions has significantly improved.
