We partnered with this team to rebuild and optimize Google Ads for a client in the medical aesthetics industry — a highly regulated space with strict ad policies and historically high lead costs. Our CPL was over $2,000, and campaigns were repeatedly disapproved. They redesigned the entire Google Ads structure: refined keyword targeting, segmented campaigns, implemented better tracking, and aligned the funnel with compliance requirements. Within 3 months, the CPL dropped to ~$500, and over time stabilized around $425, with a 1-in-3 conversion rate. They also helped us expand to Microsoft Ads, which delivered consistent performance, and Meta Ads, where we reached a ~$230 CPL and solid mid-funnel lead quality. Their reporting, communication, and strategic insight were outstanding. As a result, we referred multiple other healthcare clients — including med spa and bariatric clinics — who’ve also seen measurable improvements. Their focus is clearly on paid media strategy and performance — which is great — but it meant creative production like video ads wasn’t included. When we needed custom video assets for Meta, they suggested external partners rather than handling it in-house. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of if you expect full creative support alongside PPC management.
