BRJ San Diego is located in the heart of San Diego, CA in the Pacific Beach area.
They offer Window Tinting and Commercial Wrapping services.
We decided to start with Google Ads.
And after some time we will discuss SEO, test Quora Ads, launch Facebook/Instagram Ads.
BRJ team had tested a few Google Ads campaigns before our work, but we decided to rebuild new Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
Also, problem was that website was on GoDaddy website builder, and we can’t properly set Google Analytics.
That’s why we decided to use the Google Spreadsheet file as a CRM for all BRJ clients.
Project Solution
CPA was $330. CPA became $73.
Before working BRJ spent $500 per month for Google Ads and got 1-2 conversions + 10-15 calls.
Working with us, the avg spent is $1500 for Google Ads and 20 + 40-60 calls.
We decided to start with a few services and scaling them.
In the first month, we created:
- Search Google Ads campaigns for our services ;
- Search Brand Name campaign;
- Search remarketing campaigns;
- GDNs for an audience of competitors, similar audience,GDN for keywords targeting, for auto audiences;
And planning to test:
- Local Google Maps Campaigns.
- Performance Max Campaign.
In summer 2021 we decided not to start SEO, but to scale Google Ads for the nearest regions.
We initially expected that we would work in the northern "expensive" areas where solvent customers live.
But in fact most conversions from the southern regions like Chula Vista and El Cajon 😅
Firstly, it's a little hotter there.
Secondly, all the "gangsters" want to be tinted in a circle, etc.
In the seventh month of work, the client began to actively search for premises for expansion. Open a shop and expand the list of services.
We launched Google advertising about hiring employees.
On the eighth month of work, the customer made repairs in a huge hangar, built a new store. And we switched to advertising more services on the spot, rather than mobile.
