Mavraq

Mavraq builds AI systems for businesses in Ireland, the EU and Asia: phone receptionists that answer when the desk is busy, automations that follow up enquiries, quotes and paperwork, assistants that answer from a company's own documents, and websites.

It is run by one builder, James Maher. He spent six years in operations management, where he watched good people lose days to data entry and old systems, and the last two years building AI agents and automations.

Every service has a fixed price on mavraq.com/pricing. A half-day AI audit is €450 and is credited against the first build. Websites start at €599 and an AI phone receptionist is €1,800. Half is paid upfront and half on completion, with two weeks of free support after launch. Single services take from a few days to four weeks. Larger organisations start with a fixed-price pilot on one team and one process.

The workflows run on n8n and the voice agents on ElevenLabs and Twilio. They connect to the tools a business already uses, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and to its booking software where that software allows it.
