Delivering Solid Performance and Strong B2B Design

We first enlisted the help of the Mawazo team for a review of our web presence. The audit was detailed and thorough. It revealed we needed to enhance our website for functionality, speed and findability and provided the road map for the next phase of the work that would take place. We then worked with Mawazo to overhaul the website. We mapped out the ideal journey our customers would have on our site with user experience sessions. Then detailed wire frames and functional specifications were created. Once the wire frames were complete and approved, developers began programming the site. Close alignment and frequent check-ins along the process allowed us to tweak the design with minimal impact to the development budget.

Liza & Thomas were very thorough in ensuring the initial goals were met. Initially our ranking of mobile friendliness was an 80%, after the new site was launch, that rose to 98%. The speed of our site had a 50% performance score, and after the work was complete the new site had a much improved 83% performance score. Within the first month of launching the new website, we saw an increase in the number of pages per session by 36%, and the average duration on site increased by 57%.

Most important were the overwhelming compliments on the website design and ease of navigation from our customers, partners and staff.
