My name is Rakefet, I’m the CMO of Mayple.

When we build a digital marketing strategy for our clients it’s important for us to combine data and insights about:
  • The Brand - what differentiates it from its competition.
  • The Target Audience - understanding the buyer persona, the decision-making process, the digital platforms that they are active on the most.
  • The Competition - what are the messaging and channels competitors use to attract customers.
  • What worked well or didn’t work well for the brand in the past, looking at past campaign data and performance.

We are 100% specialized in eCommerce growth, this is why we’ve managed to gather the top-performing marketing talent for this type of business. We have many eCommerce brands in the fashion industry, health & wellness industry, homestyle and more. We have over 80% of our clients working with us on a recurring basis.

Paid Advertising is the leading service, following it we have Email Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Social Media Management. We see more and more demand for Influencer Marketing as well.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
The digital marketing industry is super fragmented, making it very hard for clients to find and choose the right agencies or experts to work with. One of the key success factors to run a successful agency is Focus -  be a perfect fit for your clients. An agency can’t be excellent for everyone and it’s better to be perfect for a specific type of client rather than delivering mediocre service and results for anyone that needs marketing.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
Mayple works with a straightforward pricing approach. We offer packages that we built based on thorough research because we want to keep things transparent and simple for our clients. When creating our packages we took into account the different growth stages of an eCommerce business and its needs throughout that journey.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We have pre-built packages with tiered and fixed payment structures. For example, we have a tiered pricing structure for the paid advertising package which is based on the media budget. For Email Marketing we have a package that is based on the number of campaigns created each month.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our minimum package starts at $1,800 per month, while the highest-priced single package is $6,750 per month. When catering to multi-service projects, prices change accordingly.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Email marketing is by far the best ROI for any eCommerce brand in scale, assuming a list of contacts is constantly created. When running paid advertising campaigns with a budget higher than approx. $30,000 a month, it’s worth investing in ongoing CRO (conversion rate optimization) work, since any increase in conversion makes a big difference in revenue down the funnel. Paid advertising is of course a must and this channel ROI will improve as more activities are being done right, including email, CRO, and following them, influencer marketing.
