MDT Training

We hired MDT Training to provide our team with leadership training first. After 3 meetings to hone in on our company culture, employees' needs, and common work scenarios, they created all the content that many of our team thought was part of an internal program. The training day went very well and we saw our managers really get engaged and put the tools they learned to work.
