MetMov installs operating systems for founder-led businesses with ₹10 to 350 Cr revenue (about $1M to $40M). When growth outruns structure and every decision routes through the founder, we build the machinery that fixes it: decision rights, KPI architecture, governance forums, and a weekly operating cadence the leadership team runs without being chased.

Our core engagement is the Operating Spine Install: fixed scope, roughly 90 days, in three parts. Map where decisions get stuck. Unlike hiring a fractional COO, where capability leaves with the person, the system we install stays in the company.

We work with D2C, manufacturing, supply chain and B2B services firms. The work is senior-led by the two partners, Anjani Pandey and Chaitanya Eswarapragada, who ran operations, supply chain and programme offices at udaan, BHEL, SAIL and Y-Not.
