MGN Events

MGN Events is a creative events agency based in Windsor, near London, in the UK, specialising in corporate experiences and luxury private events. We work with organisations of 100 to 200,000+ employees to design and deliver conferences, sales kick-offs, brand activations, leadership events, company festivals, partner events and multi-day offsites. For private clients, we create milestone celebrations, luxury marquee events and bespoke parties for discerning hosts. We plan and deliver events all over the globe.

We are a strategic creative partner, not simply an event planner. Every project starts with the business objective or the occasion's purpose, and we build outward from there — developing original creative concepts, managing full production and delivering flawless execution on the day. MGN Events was founded in 2008 by brothers Mike and Neil Walker. Mike brought experience in hospitality, entertainment and live experiences; Neil brought expertise in technical production, lighting and AV. When Creative Director Matthew Strange joined in 2009, his background in theatre and set design added a creative dimension that became central to how we work. That combination of strategic thinking, creative originality and production precision still defines the agency today.

Since then, MGN Events has grown to a team of 18 professionals operating from our Windsor base. We have delivered events for clients across financial services, technology, automotive, retail, FMCG and professional services, including large-scale conferences, immersive brand experiences, corporate festivals and high-end private celebrations.

Three principles guide everything we do: creative concepts designed around the audience, meticulous attention to detail in every element, and precise execution that clients can rely on. We create experiences that connect people, strengthen culture and deliver measurable results.
