What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

In our extensive transformation project, there were instances where we needed to adapt the pace due to constraints in available resources on MicroTelecom's end. Nevertheless, this was reasonable given that the project was one of the largest in the industry, characterized by occasional spikes in resource demand.
