In 1989, the Pokel brothers split the business to form two separate operating companies in Green Bay and Darien, Wisconsin. This is also when the third generation of Pokel’s joined the business.

In 1989 to 2003, we grew into the 14th largest PRW in North America. With over 630,000 sq. feet of warehouse space, the firm serviced 70+ customers – and eventually needed truckload services to meet their growing demand at which time we formed Wisconsin Logistics – an in-house transportation service.

As our company continued to grow, so did our customers. To keep up with their changing needs, we added in-house expertise in food-grade industrial construction and began a new division which designs, builds and leases food grade distribution facilities.
