The Miirage team adapted well to our specific needs and quickly grasped what we were trying to achieve. Their holographic avatars learn from customer interactions, making them increasingly effective at guiding shoppers through our mall locations. We've had a strong partnership with them and are actively exploring expansions with other properties.

Our collaboration with Miirage spanned several separate projects—we kept coming back because they delivered consistently. The flagship was an AI-driven robot avatar that could hold live conversations with visitors on large display screens. Miirage handled both the real-time Unreal rendering and the AI backend integration simultaneously, which most studios struggle with. We later brought them back to build a vehicle configurator on the same setup, letting people explore and customize a car in real time. Everything had to perform flawlessly in a live environment—no restarts, lag, or delays while the AI processed responses. Miirage understood that constraint from the start and built the systems to handle constant use without breaking. Working with James was straightforward throughout: clear communication, no surprises, and consistent quality across both projects.
