GuruQ's Feedback for Mindz Technology
Review Summary
We came in touch with mindz through LinkedIN and got associated with them in October 2016
They were referred by someone through LinkedIN, their website has a list of numerous clients and their previous associations to bank their name and work.
To us, Mr. Simerjeet singh sounded promising and convincing with his factual information in tenchnology ad all the work done by him. After a couple of meetings and the facts we signed a contract with Mindz.
Our contract was for 75 working days and during that our contractual period Mindz was supposed to deliver the following:
• Robust working website with all the functionalities
• Equally functional mobile app.
During the initial phase, the owner Mr. Simarjeet and the team were really promising, spoke highly of their work, professionalism, deliverables and timelines. Our team explained them the whole idea and the concept which needed to be materialised at their end.
The team was really efficient in understanding the concept and the functions but failed miserably when it came to delivering the actual product.
The following things were provided to Mindz by the GuruQ team:
• Sitemap of the portal
• Layout and the design of each and every page for the website
• Description of each and every functionality
• All the creatives, brand guidelines to follow
Mindz was supposed to create a fully functional and running website with all the functionalities in sync with the design and layout as described. The end result was nothing as expected or described.
Mindz did not even provide a basic site map – that was also prepared by us. As a matter of fact besides the scope of work, Mindz did not provide us any concrete document or plan for the developemnt of the webiste or app. All documents were made by us.
Our platform’s main function was to have an online interface for online and offline tutoring but Mindz had no knowledge about functionality of conducting multiple sessions at the same time and they never informed us about it. All the functionalities were mismatched and were not at all in sync with each other or with our vision as we had explained during initial phases. When they were questioned about the end product they claimed that the fucntionalities was mentioned in the scope of work (which was false).
To elaborate, during our association with Mindz we faced the following issues:
• They delivered a half-done website with numerous bugs and issues
• None of the functionalities had been incorporated properly but had just been put in without any logic.
• We had to withdraw from getting the app made as they failed to deliver even the basic website
• Miscommunication amongst the Mindz team resulted in repeated explanation of the same tasks
• Zero internal coordination of the Midz team resulted in wastage of time and energy of entire GuruQ team
• They didn’t have an experience or any idea of payment gateway integration despite of claiming that they built an ecommerce website
• They had no idea about SSL and its integration
• The director i.e. Simerjeet Singh had no idea about the progress of the project and failed to answer calls of our CEO for over 2 months.
• Mindz lacks professionalism when it comes to interacting with the client once the payment is made. Numerous rude and arrogant mails were sent by the owner to prove his invalid points of delivering an incomplete website
• The team and Simerjeet, both failed to show up when meetings were set to discuss the progress and gave numerous excuses regarding timelines and the half-baked product was delivered after 6 months
The overall experience was absolutely attrocious and we have never encountered such an unprofessional company with no regard or respect for the customer.

An impressive Company and a Good technical partner
Review Summary
We approached Technology Mindz with an idea of making a package tracking app primarily for the android users and then for iOS. The PMs and developers were very apt in their work methods and quick to respond to all our queries. They were amazingly precise with their deadlines and always provided timely updates related to the project in a very lucid and transparent manner. In addition this, they were very prompt to revert for any kind of required changes even after the completion of the app and aptly guided us during the market promotion of the app as well.
