Severely hurt our business.

Was mnp client for 21 years for taxation, audits, sred claims, business advisory and more. In 2025 they went into ag consulting business against me - buying 4 of my competitors and 2 of my own clients / partners. Breach of fudiciary duty, conflict of interest and direct loss of over $200k per year. Didn’t notify me and they don’t care, just walked away.
