More Staffing (also known as MORE) is a US-based offshore staffing partner. We help founder-led and operator-led companies hire, onboard, and retain pre-vetted Filipino remote professionals.

We work with e-commerce brands, agencies, service businesses, and growing operators hiring across customer support, operations, executive support, finance, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, creative, project management, supply chain, e-commerce support, and administrative roles.

What makes us different is what happens after the placement. We are not a traditional BPO, freelance marketplace, or resume database. We help define the role, source and vet qualified Filipino talent, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and coordinate payroll. Then we stay. Every person we place keeps a direct line to someone here for the life of the engagement, with coaching and community that keep them engaged. Replacement coverage runs for as long as that engagement continues.

Clients direct the work, set priorities, and own the results. We carry the people-side that makes it sustainable.

Most clients move from kickoff to hire in 3 to 4 weeks, with qualified candidates typically endorsed for client interviews within 14 days.
