In 1996 a team of freight industry experts who had been working together in the business of shipping since 1979 established Multi Cargo Limited as a Freight handling service.

Originally set up to service the local needs of small overseas freight forwarders and shipping companies who required an independent, knowledgeable and professional freight agent to handle their shipments in Ireland. This expanded to local Irish freight companies with similar requirements who did not have airfreight offices. Over the years as we developed and expanded, we became the “go to” company for specialist shipping into and out of Ireland for Live animals (Pets & Zoological), Temperature control (Pharmaceuticals and Trials), Time sensitive shipments (Aircraft on the ground, Production line shutdowns and Ships spares) Repatriation, Concerts and Exhibitions, Project (Plant and Out of Gauge transfers).
