My Super Site is a small company focused on web design and other marketing services, that come naturally with web design. My name is Petia, I’m the founder and the lead web designer of the company. I work as a web designer for 8 years now. In that time, I’ve created hundreds of successful projects and have won several awards.
What is the story behind starting this company?
For years I’ve been working in other companies offering web design. The time to offer services the way I see them came and My Super Site was born. Having a nice website is no longer enough, you need a site that helps the user find exactly what he’s searching for. Only then the website will work for you, and this is exactly what My Super Site offers – we create effective websites.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We’re an in-house team. We don’t hire third-party vendors.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We work 100% for clients' satisfaction. And in the meanwhile – we give tons of advice. We believe giving advice is one of the reasons people hire us. We don’t simply create a website to put it in our portfolio, we are focused on creating an effective website that works for our client, helps him develop his brand, and represents him better in front of his users. This is a long-term process that doesn’t finish with the website being completed. Sometimes we follow the development of a project for years – just to make sure our client is still satisfied with the product we’ve created for him.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We work for all kinds of industries and for businesses of all sizes: small ones, developed brands, hotels, real estate agencies, and lots of e-commerce companies. There are customers that need not one or two websites, but more – and we have such who choose us for years. Others order a website, then they need additional services such as SEO, PPC, or adding more functions to their website. At least 35% of our clients are repetitive and we’re proud they see in us their long-term partner.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We offer web design, i.e., website creation from zero or redesign. We also offer SEO and PPC services. We believe this is the perfect combination for great brand recognition and website effectiveness.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Customer satisfaction is over 90% (even 95%), which is visible by the average rating we have on Google (4.8 of 5) and Facebook (5 of 5). We develop a strategy in order to make the website work for our client. Just a pretty site is not enough, we build effective websites and we begin with the strategy. We focus on the customer’s needs, but also combine them with the best practices in the field. The result is a website that converts.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer email, phone, and chat support systems. We had a built-in support ticket platform on our website, but it was easier for the client to drop us a line in an email or chat service than using the support platform.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)?
The prices we offer are fixed. For the website creation, we usually require a deposit of 50% and the other part of the money is due when the project is approved by the client. For the SEO and PPC, it’s Pay per Feature.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
In Bulgaria, prices are much cheaper than they are in other parts of the world. In the meanwhile – we have great professionals. The range is 500 euro to 2500 euro.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
My Super Site runs for over 4 years now. In that time, we’ve completed hundreds of successful projects, a lot of our clients continue to choose us when they need such services and we’ve received some awards like “Women in Tech” from the “Website of the year” competition in Bulgaria in 2021. I believe My Super Site will continue to grow, and be one of the leaders in companies that offer low to middle-budget web design services in Bulgaria. We find in our clients - long-term partners, we believe their success is also our success. Thus, we’re focused on creating a website that truly represents them.
