Near Southside Employment Coalition (NSEC) is a non-profit agency dedicated to helping people become self-sufficient through long-term employment. The NSEC serves as the employment specialist by providing quality, comprehensive employment services at no cost to our clients.As a coalition of businesses, service agencies and citizens, our vision is to help eliminate unemployment, empower residents to improve their standard of living, provide comprehensive employment services, and stabilize families and community through long- term employment.
