We are not a BPO and we do not share staff between clients. Every professional works exclusively for your firm, in your systems, on your schedule (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific), and under your direct management. We handle the employment side: hiring, IT infrastructure and workstation, HR and compliance in India, payroll, benefits, background checks, and account management, all covered by one monthly invoice with no setup, recruitment, or placement fees.

Roles we place: Bookkeeper, Accountant, Accounting Manager, Tax Preparer, Tax Reviewer, QuickBooks Expert, AR/AP Specialist, and Virtual Assistant. Our tax staff are trained on US forms (1040, 1120, 1065, 1120S, 1041) and US tax software.

How it works: a 20-minute discovery call, shortlisted profiles in your inbox within 48 hours, you interview 2 to 3 candidates and make the final call, and most clients have their team member active within 4 days. Every hire passes our 7-parameter vetting, including a technical accounting test, software proficiency assessment, English communication evaluation, and a full background check. If a placement does not work out for any reason, our replacement SLA is contractual and a cross-trained backup steps in while we re-source.
