NoorAI builds Orchestra, an Arabic-native large language model, and the AI assistant and agents that run on it, entirely inside the customer's own data centre or private cloud. Orchestra is a 14B mixture-of-experts model with 4B parameters active per token, so it serves hundreds of concurrent Arabic users on a fraction of the hardware that larger open models need. Organisations keep their data, their keys and their audit trail on premises, pay one fixed annual licence instead of per-token bills, and get an assistant that understands Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine usage. NoorAI is headquartered in Cairo and works with partners in Dubai and Riyadh. Services include deployment on the customer's hardware, integration with ERP, HR and document systems, evaluation on the customer's own documents, and support.
